Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. She started participating in fitness contests when she was 16 after she quit her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. As a teenager she was awarded her professional certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career at the age of 16, when she gave up her gymnastics. At the age of 17 she was awarded her Professional Card within a year. This made her the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel took a six-year break from the stage after earning her pro card to pursue her education. Following her completion of college Ariel came back in the year the year 2015. The show continued in the same way she had left off in the previous contests including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She kept competing after the initial event for a number of years and set higher goals each year. She had already been awarded four fitness awards. In 2009 she won the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel took a six-year break from competition to complete her degree at college. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut took place at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. At the end of the day, she was 3rd overall at the event. In the summer of 2016 she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she did not have any expectations. Her satisfaction was high about her position. Considering she was battling against best of the best. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel likes to focus on her back. She usually does bent over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on machines) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. In the beginning, she is warm and then moves on to working out. Ariel is the most efficient use of her time. She does this by super making sure she is doing all her back exercises, and doing 3 or 4 supersets of 10-12 reps. It is recommended to do this type of workout twice per week. One day would be light weight day as well as the second days heavy weight.
